We kick off the action with our new D and D game with a game of D and D Fiasco. The characters get to know each other and some of the things going on in the world as we play this Fiasco playset designed specifically for D and D games.
In the conclusion of our Twang Town Fiasco game the machinations escalate. The underlings scheme to take out the washed up star. The talented song writer strives to get what is rightfully hers from the lowlife who is stealing her stuff. Hate sex, hipster bars and a three acre field of pot. This is music city, baby! What else do you need?
And in the tilt, someone is not so innocent after all.
It’s sex, drugs and country music (Outlaw Country, wooh!).
In this episode we create an in depth background for our characters. We begin in early childhood and take a look at the events that have shaped their lives and brought them to where they are as the campaign begins.
The Nerds are back at it with Fiasco again. This time we are in Music City trying to make it as country stars with the original play set “Twang Town”
We finish up the timeline for our world. The High Orcs build a world wide empire and just abandon it. The Sidhe drive themselves to near extinction through Civil War. Prophecies predict the return of the long dead elves.
Minotaur airship pirates, evil gnomes, troll bards, what madness is this?
The setting is complete for the introduction of our heroes. What part will they play in all this?
In the third episode of our Dresden Files story the crew is trying to figure out who killed the female country singer and what the heck is her name anyway?
If you want to hear the continuation of the story go to our Facebook page and leave us a comment.
We continue with the seminal stage of our epic Dungeons and Dragons campaign.
In episode 3 we create the historical timeline of our world with Microscope.
The nations of the world meet in council to discuss a great threat to the world. Will this first world council start a long period of peace and cooperation? Where’s the fun in that?

Assuming you’ve done this already, the Dresden Files RPG is the perfect solution to the eternal wait for the next book in the series. This licensed product is made up of two core books: Volume One: Your Story, and Volume Two: Our World. Your Story provides all the game mechanics and systemy bits you need to get started using the popular Fate RPG system. Our World gives you everything you need to populate your game with awesome things from the books. Meet with your favorite characters for a pint at Mac’s or take a trip through the Nevernever to save the world. Don’t forget your blasting rod.
In the second half of Dawn of Worlds, the crew populates the new world with races, cities and organizations that will drive the world. Good trolls, evil gnomes, long dead elves; these are just a few of the unusual things going on in this world
The Dresden Files RPG uses the FATE system as the engine to run RPGs in the universe of Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files. This is a world that is much like the Earth today, except werewolves, demons, vampires, zombies, faeries, sprites, and magic actually exist along with all the modern-day conveniences to which we have become accustomed.
In this RPG, the game master works with the players to build the city they adventure in, in a cooperative exercise which lends itself to intertwined stories and motives. Rather than focus on attributes, the character sheets for this game include not only skills and equipment, but a type of descriptor called an ‘Aspect’ (a short phrase or word, such as “quiet as a mouse”, or “quick to anger”) that is used to motivate the game and move the story along.
